stockholm rose designs

Created by Sophie Butler, Stockholm Rose Designs has the environment in its heart - after all, she does have a degree in Wildlife Conservation! All of her designs use eco-friendly materials and processes with the main mediums of choice, recycled silver and gold. For the recycled silver, Sophie chose to go with Argentium since it is hypoallergenic, brighter than white gold,  purer than sterling silver & easy to care for {& I can attest to all of this since I've been wearing the lovely Branch Ring for the last month}. The jewelry is handmade in a tiny studio in Stockholm, Sweden, and you can definitely feel the Swedish vibes within the collection. Very minimalistic, everyday wear designs with a lot of inspiration from nature. The Branch Ring is made from argentium recycled silver, and is the perfect little reminder to be a good steward to our environment.

azura bay

If you are looking to go through a wide range of undie options, this is the place! Azura Bay is home to several of the sexiest ethical lingerie brands. From sports bras to thongs, there is no doubt you will fall in love with something. They even have activewear, loungewear and swimwear! As a mom-to-be, it's nice to find a nursing/transition bra that is both attractive and checks off my ethical list. I mean, why has that been so hard for me to find? Needless to say, this bra will be my best friend for a while. It's fairly-made by a women-led company, and has an organic cotton lining {which is very soft!}. The coolest part, it has a center slider that transitions into a breastfeeding indicator. It's also so comfortable you can sleep in it, and then you can even wear it when you aren't even nursing! Nothing to throw away here ;)

puck wanderlust

Created by two London girls - Ranelle & Hannah, Puck Wanderlust is bringing us the finest stone and artisan quality jewelry made with the planet in mind. You may remember seeing them on my blog, last year. Their second collection is made entirely by women in Bali, and features 'Day of the Week' Totems. These charms represent the week day of which you were born, and for me it's Tuesday! A Tuesday’s Child is observant, courageous, and bold with a will to achieve. The lion is its animal, which you can see stamped on the 100% recycled sterling silver and 18 carat gold plated vermeil. You can purchase the totem on its own or with a chain, and then you can even add more of their charms later on {since my baby is supposed to arrive in May, I want to add on the May birth charm}. This is actually the first time I've ever heard of a 'Day of the Week' child, and I have to say, it is pretty spot on with my personality and even my Leo sign! Oh, & here's a fun name fact: PUCK is a mischievous fairy in English folklore  & WANDERLUST is a strong desire for adventure.

urban austral -

Want to feel like you are always walking on clouds? Well then you need to put a pair of these super soft insoles in your shoes! Besides walking on total comfort, Urban Austral has a ton of great qualities when it comes to being a sustainable brand. Their products are 100% handmade with up-cycled materials, they work with local people in Patagonia to provide fair jobs and they donate 1% to REFORESTEMOS PATAGONIA, an organization planting trees in the area. Pretty amazing, right?! The insoles come in four sizes for men, women, kids & baby, and come DIY ready to trim to your exact shoe size. They use an upcycled lamb leather that can be washed with cold water and neutral detergent in the washing machine. The makers are 6 women who work from the comfort of their own homes, and are paid 78% above Fair Wage Minimum. I can't wait to put some in Elliott's shoes next year!

more about:

we love eyes - The natural eye makeup remover that is gentle, non-toxic and cruelty-free - just everything nice & natural!! Dr. Tanya Gill is the founder & CEO of We Love Eyes, and she started this line to combat a problem. As an optometrist, she noticed several patients with chronically uncomfortable contact lens wear and red, dry eyes. Gill thought it must have something to do with the makeup and removers they were using. After noticing there were zero non-toxic makeup remover options on the market, she went to work. With her chemistry background and kitchen lab, We Love Eyes was born. Plan on trying the products out for yourself? Use the Tea Tree Eyelid & Eyelash Makeup Remover first and follow it up with the Foaming Cleanser. It's a great duo so I highly recommend trying them together. They even work to get that really stubborn waterproof eye makeup off! Read more - here
