Fair OOTD | Season Transition

outfit 2...

I know summer isn't completely over - I'm totally rushing, but I'm over it. I'm tired of 100 degree days with 90% humidity {exaggerating a bit}. I want crisp air, darker colors and hot tea again. With August around the corner, Fall is already on my mind. Click below to see the second addition to my Fair OOTD segment of the blog.

I've been wearing my Beach Cottage Dress around everywhere - not just the beach ;) With the light fabric, it has been great for the summer months, but it is definitely one I can transition into any season. Plus, it features two of my favorites - pockets and buttons. Made at a fair trade women's cooperative in India, the Beach Cottage Dress is hand screen printed on 100% cotton fabric. Mata Traders is a wonderful ethical fashion brand based in Chicago with artisans in Nepal and India. By purchasing a dress {or other gorgeous clothing here}, you are supporting women makers and helping them & their families out of poverty.

The Open Weave Fringe Poncho is the perfect weight for cooler nights. This piece is, also, ethically made in Asia and designed in the US by EcoVibe. Use code CHIC15 for 15% off your entire purchase, too! Read more about EcoVibe, here.
