Collaborating with Artisans All Over the Globe

Devi Arts Collective has a vision and passion to empower, connect and collaborate with creative people around the globe.

Devi Arts Collective's artisans create beautiful & original textiles, jewelry, handbags and home products. Bringing the heart of communities together through art is what this sustainable business is all about! Each piece is traditionally handmade with a modern twist. I know everyone went crazy over these earrings {here}, which I posted a few weeks ago on Instagram!

Created by artist Ibu Ayu, each bead in this Moss Agate and Garnet Mala Necklace is strung on with a prayer of love and well wishes to the person who will adorn it.

These earrings were created by artist Bayoush Mengesha. She is inspired by her Ethiopian roots and world traveling. Bayoush is designing Handbags for Devi Arts Collective, too!

Pictured above are three ladies Devi Arts collaborates with from the Lake Atitlan Weaving Cooperative. They currently work with 10 of their artisans. Anita Cortez, of this weaving cooperative, made the scarf below.

They use a traditional loom, called a backstrap loom, as well as natural dyes to create these luscious colors. Below, the envelope purse is designed by Bayoush and made with handmade Balinese fabrics.
